Software Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

All of our software applications come with a fair refund policy.

You can get a refund if:

  • Defective Software / Technical Issues: If the software is proven to be defective, unusable, or experiences significant technical issues due to a fault on our end, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable time.

  • Software Not as Described: If the software significantly differs from its advertised features and capabilities.

  • Non-Delivery: If you purchase the software but do not receive the license or download link within the promised timeframe (up to 48 hours).

  • Accidental Purchase: You bought the software by mistake and did not download it yet (request must be made within 2 hours).

Refund Limitations
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

  • Cooperation: You must cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot the issue before a refund is issued.

  • Partial Refund: If you paid the software for 1 year and the software becomes defective after 8 months of correct usage, if we cannot fix it, you can get a refund for the remaining 4 months.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for the following:

    • Change of mind

    • Incompatibility with your system (if the system requirements were clearly stated)

    • You expect a feature that was not advertised

    • Custom Software made on demand by customers are not subject to this refund policy

Note: For a card or bank payment, the transaction fee of our payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
For a crypto payment, the network fee will be deducted from the refund amount (with a minimum fee equivalent to 1 USD).
